Work location Global Mobility Specialist US
Collaborate with local vendors on mobility matters in American countries, to drive seamless delivery on various mobility practices including, but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding, visa, payroll, income tax, system administration.
Ensure the client satisfaction and be their point of contact for escalation of issues related to international mobility.
Work Closely with others in the global mobility team for information sourcing and documenting.

Ensure accuracy and frequent updates of the professionals’ personal information, in compliance with our privacy policies.

Valuable experiences and skills you’ll bring to INS Global:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
About 1-year work experience in HR or B2B Services delivery.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the American countries or willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of HR policies and regulations in the American countries or willing to learn.
Adaptable and collaborative, able to work with diverse groups of people at all levels in multiple countries.
Strong commercial awareness and super hands-on attitude. Problem-solving oriented.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
Native English speaker. Any other language proficiency is a plus.
Agile and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and drive short turnaround times.
