Main Responsibilities

Promote the company’s products/services (PEO, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Company Registration, etc.) addressing or predicting current or prospective clients’ needs

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. via our CRM

Ensure the implementation of our business strategy

Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions)

Prepare sales contracts, negotiate, and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards

Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Support our Account Managers in customer request

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Profile Requirements

Must-haves:

Bachelor’s degree or above.

At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job.

Fluent both English and Chinese as work-language.

Business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, like to take on challenges.

Likes-to-haves:

2-5 years professional experience

Team-spirit mindset

Interest or first experience in HR services

Sales experience in B2B

Familiar with Teams, Zoom and CRM’s

Quick leaner, reliable and get things done

Time management and organizational skills
