Promote the company’s products/services (PEO, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Company Registration, etc.) addressing or predicting current or prospective clients’ needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Keep records of prospects, sales process status, invoices and revenue generated, etc. via our CRM.
Ensure the implementation of our business strategy.
Represent INS Global during events (trade shows, conferences, exhibitions).
Prepare sales contracts, negotiate, and ensure adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines/standards.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Support our Account Managers in customer requests.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Must-haves:
Bachelor’s degree or above.
At least 2-year work experience in a Sales or Customer service-oriented job.
Native French Speaker and basic understanding of Chinese language.
Strong mastery of Pack Office.
Business acumen, thrive in a high paced work environment, like to take on challenges.
Likes-to-haves:
2-5 years professional experience.
Team-spirit mindset.
Any other language would be a plus.
Sales experience in B2B
Familiar with Teams, Zoom and CRM’s
Interest or first experience in HR services
Quick leaner, reliable and get things done
Time management and organizational skills
